It is our mission at Blossom Nail Spa to provide all our guests with a remarkable experience while conducting our business with integrity and deep knowledge of our profession. We are committed to offering superior service to each individual guest, adding value. Through our friendly customer service and lifelong education, we will strive to be your number one choice for all your nail care needs, while setting the standard in nail spa environmental responsibility.
- Appointments can be canceled up to 3 hours in advance by calling (843) 347-0088. If you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or whole services. No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed in the salon.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards. You are fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
- We do not provide refunds on services. If you are not happy with our services, please make us aware of it. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
- Traditional nail polish services are not guaranteed. However, we would be glad to fix them within 24-48 hours after the initial service.
- Children are only permitted in the salon if they are being attended to by one of our Nail Technicians. NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are receiving a service.
- Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. Service animals with the official ‘Service Animal’ vests are the ONLY exception.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition that we suspect may be contagious, open or infected wounds on the treatment area, ill health, or anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior toward our nail technicians and other customers.
